How do I book an experience?

Open the experience, choose a date, say how many of you are coming and add your details. Three steps: date, guests, details. Some experiences confirm instantly and take payment on the spot; the rest are requests we confirm with the operator within 24 hours, and you pay once they have said yes.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

14 or more days before the experience: full refund. 3 to 13 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days before: no refund. If the operator cancels, you get a full refund or an alternative experience of equal value, your choice. A few listings carry their own terms, shown on the listing page, and those win.
