Membership Terms

These terms apply to your Cavale membership (Explorer or Insider). They supplement our general Terms of Service.
1. What you are joining
Cavale membership is an annual subscription that provides benefits including member pricing on select experiences, early access to new listings, and other perks as described on our membership page. Membership is provided by Nothing Is Permanent Ltd, trading as Cavale.
2. Billing
Your membership is billed annually. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page or by contacting us. When you cancel, your benefits continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again. Any unused benefits expire at the end of your billing period. Bookings already made at member prices are not affected.
4. Price changes
We may change membership pricing with 30 days notice. Existing members continue at their current rate until their next renewal, at which point the new price applies. You can cancel before renewal if you do not accept the new price.
5. Member pricing
Member pricing is available on select experiences chosen by our editorial team. Not all experiences carry a member price. Member pricing is a structural benefit, not a promotional discount. The specific savings vary by experience.
6. Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you are unhappy with your membership within the first 14 days of joining (and have not used any member benefits), contact us for a full refund.
7. Account sharing
Your membership is personal to you. Benefits cannot be shared with or transferred to other people.
8. Changes to benefits
We may add, modify, or remove specific membership benefits with reasonable notice. The core promise (member pricing on select experiences) will always be part of your membership.
