Why We Keep Going Back to Hong Kong

Hong Kong is the rare city worth visiting twice. The food density (Tim Ho Wan, Australian Dairy Company, wonton noodles at Mak's), the vertical city (Mid-Levels Escalator, the cha chaan teng 6-minute lunch), the Star Ferry at 50p at 10pm, Dragon's Back hike 50 minutes from Central, and bar culture that matches London at 30% lower prices. We went in 2024 and we're going back in 2026. The second visit is pure return because you already know where the good wonton shop is.
