Tour viticole de la vallée du Douro
Départ tôt le matin en minivan depuis le centre-ville de Porto. Route à travers la campagne portugaise jusqu'à la vallée du Douro (environ 1 heure 45 minutes). Premier arrêt dans un vignoble en activité : promenade entre les vignes, explication du processus de vinification et dégustation de porto avec des amuse-bouches. Embarquement sur un petit bateau pour une croisière sur le Douro avec du vinho verde et des snacks, tandis que votre guide explique à quelles familles appartiennent les différents vignobles et comment le terroir influence le vin. Déjeuner dans un domaine familial privé avec un repas portugais fait maison dans un cadre magnifique. Après le déjeuner, visite de la cave à vin privée de la famille pour d'autres dégustations. Retour à Porto en fin d'après-midi.

We did this experience in September 2021. The day is perfectly paced: the minivan ride is long enough to get to know the group, the vineyard visits are educational without being lectures, the boat cruise is the right length, and the family estate lunch is the highlight. The private wine cave felt like a genuine privilege, not a tourist setup. By the time you're driving back to Porto, the van is very quiet. Everyone's had the kind of day where you don't check your phone once.
